Ouida decided to host holistic fitness retreats after many of her clients said it would be a great idea to retreat away for a day or an extended stay to enjoy quality self-care therapies that rejuvenate while having fun with other like-minded women.
All retreats are hosted at different luxurious locations where guest can enjoy a beautiful nature & vineyard hikes, yoga, fitness classes, meditation, reiki, massage, chef inspire cuisines, wine tasting and many other activities and self-care therapies.
Each retreat is limited to 12 to 14 guests. This provides each guest with an intimate and exclusive experience. Guest can have “ghost guest” accompany them to enjoy the resort’s amenities during their “on your own time.” Be sure to inquire for more information if you would like your significant other or bestie to enjoy.

“Your True Essence” Body Holiday

A woman is the personification of ageless, selfless love, purity, grace and dignity. Retreat to your true essence by claiming this day as our body holiday. A day of peace where you are the focus. A special day just for you!
Retreat will include a beautiful nature hike, Tabata fitness class, fitness games with prizes, meditation in nature, and on your own activities to include horseback riding, hydrofacial, massage, reiki, and much more.
Ouida selected Serenbe for it’s beauty, and location. It feels like a true get away although it’s still close to Atlanta. There’s so much to do, see and enjoy at Serenbe. You can opt to stay overnight before or after the retreat to enjoy all that Serenbe offers.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Get to moving with Ouida's group fitness classes. If you want to toned arms, abs, butt and thighs or want to manage stress, then her virtual group fitness classes is just what you need.
Ouida currently offers three types of classes
Tabata, STRONG, MetCon
Tabata is a form of interval training. It requires you to perform timed exercises for 20 minutes. It's all body weight exercises. No equipment required. Great workout for those with a busy schedule and want results.
STRONG 30 is a full body weight interval workout that packs a total-body workout into 30 minutes. This efficient workout will keep your focus as each exercise is based in martial arts and performed to the beat of music.
MetCon is metabolic conditioning style of training where Ouida uses intervals that includes cardio, weights and resistance exercises all within the same workout.
